Dad's day off.....

We decided to hit Tempe's little splash beach park since Dad had a day off! It was so hot, so the splash park was perfect for us and the kids to stay cool!






Then we were lucky enough to get tickets from a friend to go to the Diamondback's game at Chase Field! Brec loved it and kept taking off his hat to pretend to swing like the batters. Ava of course got bored and didn't appreciate the game as much we did. It was so fun, though to take the kids and to see a game finally!

McDonald's

Okay, so I had to make a post about this.....Brec was playing with one of our calculators and saw an "M" and immediately got so excited and started yelling "Mcdonough!" So, now he thinks that an "M" means McDonald's! What great parents we are that our little two year old gets so excited about McDonald's and recognizes it so easily! Even when we pass a McDonald's in the car he starts pointing and screaming and yelling "McDonough" and we have to calm him back down if we aren't going there! Man, wait to go McDonald's on making your sign EXTRA huge wherever we go and on every corner so my kid can scream at me every second in the car! It is pretty dang cute so I am not really complaining.....

Wicked!!

Celebrated my B-day at Charleston's and then got spoiled and went to Wicked!

This was all my hubbies idea and had been planning it for my birthday since April! Loved it!

This vacation was so much fun and was jammed packed with activities every day! I love Utah in the summer and will definitely make it a yearly tradition!
