Strollercise

This is some random pic off the internet, but I wanted to show what I did the other day! At my gym they have a Stroller Strength class and I brought Ava and Brecon. They had a bunch of little fun gym activities for the young little ones so they could play in the gym with us and I had Brecon in the stroller with me! Ava even did some of the exercises with me which was so cute! She was doing push ups against the wall with us, jumping jacks, squats, and even tried to keep up with me when we were running. Needless to say I had two tired kids (it was during Brecon's nap time, but totally worth it) and we had such a blast! I will definitely try to keep that in my schedule weekly!

Silly Ava

So Ava is now starting to name all her babies and animals. She has two little bears that are a bride and groom and she named the bride claw claw and the groom ayo. It is so funny to hear what names she comes up with. Also, the other day we had the elder's quorum presidency stop by and Ava comes running up the stairs with nothing on but her shirt. (She just used the potty.) She then proceeds downstairs to grab a tissue and comes up saying "Look at my booger mom!" while waving her tissue in the air in front of these men with a naked little bum! I thought it was pretty funny! Thank goodness they have girls, too!

Pooping, etc.

So I have been changing the background of my blog like a millions times these past few days because I am just not satisfied with what I have found......so don't think I'm crazy if you keep seeing different backgrounds. I eventually will find something that I like. Anyways, on a different note, Ava is finally potty trained! I have been trying to get her to go for like a year! I am pretty pathetic. We've been doing it off and on for a year and not enforcing it. We would occasionally encourage her to put on panties and go in the potty, but we had accidents all the time and it was useless. I finally put it off because we had been moving so much and having a new baby and all was just too hard for me. So, lately we have been working with her and I let her run around naked all the time. Only because when she had panties on she would forget easier and pee and poop on them. Without them on she was afraid to just let poop fall to the ground and pee would go all over her leg. (I think I am giving out too much info and detail!) Oh well! Anyways, this last week she finally mastered pooping in the potty.......which was huge! She was afraid of that big step. So now she wears her cute little undies and pulls them down whenever she needs to go! It's funny because I watch Jon and Kate plus 8 on TLC and when she was teaching her kids how to potty train she would take a picture of them with their poop! Who wants a picture of their poop when they get bigger. I understand getting a pic of them being so proud without the poop in the picture, but a picture of the poop too! People are weird! Anyways, yeah for me for not having to change a big human poop anymore! (as opposed to little human poops, those are much easier!)

Heart Breaker!

So these are my most recent pics of Brec. He loves the camera and smiled every second needed. I had to get a Valentine pic of Brec with him in the suitcase......too cute. Happy Valentine's Day!

Crazy kids!

So this is Brecon. Yes, he is in our sink in the kitchen! I really needed to make lunch and didn't know where to put Brecon. He was in a funny mood and wanted to be right there with me so I decided to turn the nozzle away from the sink in hopes that he wouldn't figure out how to lift the handle. I was right next to him so in case he did figure it out I could help with the situation. He loved it in the sink! I thought I had a great new place for him while I could get things done!!! Well, I tried it again yesterday and he figured it out! Water went everywhere, but thank goodness I was right there. I need to think of something else!

Ava the other day told me that she needed to get ready for Dad when he comes home. So, she got into my makeup and found the eye shadow and started painting it all over her face. I thought it was funny so I just let her do it! She wanted to use the mascara and eyeliner, which would have made for a good picture, but I didn't want to have to clean up after her!

Happy 30th!

So Briant turned the big 30 yesterday! I wanted to plan something for him with friends and family so I decided if I wanted to surprise him that we would need to do it before his birthday. So, I had everybody meet at The Bamboo Club this last Saturday. Success! He totally was surprised and he loved The Bamboo Club! He is still talking about how good the shrimp was. I loved the shrimp and I am not a shrimp fan. I highly recommend it!

This was last night at the SUNS game!!!!! Woo hoo! GO SUNS! I am now a SUNS fan, so sorry JAZZ!

We had such great seats at the game, practically on the floor, and even had passes to the Toyota Club which included dinner and half time snacks and popcorn, plus all you could drink! Too bad I couldn't take advantage of that! (This is us in the Toyota Club enjoying snacks!)

This is a funny story......in the last minute of the game we thought that we were going to lose. We were down 4 points and not very much time left so we started walking out and stopped and watched on the screens when you walk out, and of course there was a foul and then Nash scores and we go into overtime! So, we all booked it back to our seats. It was hilarious because all the sudden we see all these people coming back through the doors running frantically back to there seats just like us so I had to take a pic. It was a really exciting game because we went into overtime a second time and in the second overtime we scored a 3 pointer in the last 14 seconds of the game and we for sure thought that we were going to win because there was only 3 seconds left for the other team to score and of course in the last second they scored. 130-132. Oh well, it made for a good game. Shaq was attending and stood and pointed to his ring while fans cheered in hopes that one of these days the SUNS will get what they have longed deserved. I am not saying Shaq will do it for them because come on, he is 36! He is an old man. My husband was a little pissed off at the trade. Oh well, we'll see what happens! We had a blast and Briant had the best birthday ever!

Lovin' Arizona!

This pic is for all of you in the freezing Utah weather! Ha Ha! You gotta love Arizona!
